Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Due to all products being custom made, all orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at BeePressedCustoms@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Return & Refund Policy for Custom Products

Custom Orders Are Final Sale
All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Once a custom order is placed and production begins, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or returns. 

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your custom product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you approved, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue for verification. If the error is ours, we will remake the product at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Order Approval
Please carefully review your custom order details (e.g., names, dates, colors, sizes) before submitting your purchase. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the order process. You will receive a final proof of your order prior to it being made.
